STRATEGY:
The Cobalt Vault is populated by Cobalt Drudges. You will need to find your way to the Cobalt Robber, kill him and loot the Grubby Key. Only one person in fellow needs it. Then find your way to the Vault Boss. It would probably be best to attempt this quest in fellow if you are near lv 12. AC2 Vault
