Walkthrough

This quest can be soloed if you have a way to mezz or confuse a group monster, but otherwise, you should bring a group to clear the chest room.

Speak to Rekemeua several times to begin this quest and get a Battered Key.
Head to the Crumbled Sanctuary at 36.6N 55.4E in Naderu Greenwood. It's mostly full of level 21-26 Niffis. This is a fairly confusing dungeon if you don't have a map, so check your route below. Basically, keep going straight and don't take any side paths until you get to a room with 3 Niffis. Then, open the door immediately to your left and that will lead directly to the boss room.
The boss room has some smaller Niffis and a Nefane Broodmother, a level 29 group monster. Mezz or confuse the boss if possible. It doesn't need to be killed. Unlock the chest, loot the Mysterious Book
Return to Rekemeua in Rakani for your reward.
