Walkthrough
Speak to Baliga in Ikeras to begin the quest. You must kill 10 Parfal Nefanes, which can be found between the West and Northwest Ariaki Outposts and around Northern Lumari (where the Dereth Rally is).
Each kill will advance your quest. After the last kill, return to Baliga for your reward.
