Walkthrough
Speak to Komeua at 29.2N 54.9E in Rakani to start the quest. This is a gathering quest and no combat is required.
You need to gather 10 Withered Blossoms. You get one from clicking a Flowering Bush that spawns randomly around Naderu Greenwood. Each bush will give you one or several blossoms. They stack to 10 and are not attuned.
Once you have 10 blossoms, hand the stack to Komeua to complete the quest and earn your reward.
