Walkthrough

Talk to Shi Kelinua to get permission to purchase the quest. Then talk to Shi Falitea, purchase Infiltrate the Nursery Orders.
Hand the orders back to Shi Falitea to receive the quest.
Now head to The Nursery Dungeon at location (70.6S, 26.6E), run around inside killing as many eggs as you can and then go back to Shi Kelinua for your reward.
