Walkthrough
1. Travel to Skyport via the Continent of Knorr portal north-west of Cavendo at 18.7N, 25.9E and use the Upper Level Access door at 30.9S, 33.7E, then speak to Latara Locke at 30.9S, 33.8E. Upon receiving the quest you will also receive a Blank Parchment item in your inventory. Double-clicking the Blank Parchment will show you a blank page on which you will draw the map of Knorr. To do this you will have to travel to Latara Locke's caches that are spread around Knorr as prompted.
2. Travel to Latara Locke's first cache at 33.8S, 48.0E, via Jethric's Outpost if you have access to the Skyport portals. Open the cache and loot the Qrill and Ink. Use the Qrill and Ink on the Blank Parchment to change it to an Incomplete Map of Knorr. This will also draw the Knorr Wilds region onto the blank page.
3. Travel to Latara Locke's second cache at 27.4S, 69.2E, via Jethric's Outpost - be warned that the cache is surrounded by level 60 and 62 Mu-miyah. Open the cache and loot the Qrill and Ink. Use the Qrill and Ink on the Incomplete Map of Knorr to draw the Knorr Foundry region onto the map.
4. Travel to Latara Locke's third cache at 68.4S, 51.9E, via Greenstone. Open the cache and loot the Qrill and Ink. Use the Qrill and Ink on the Incomplete Map of Knorr to draw the Knorr Gardens region onto the map.
5. Travel to Latara Locke's fourth cache at 46.2S, 25.9E, via The Aerie or Fort Strathelar. Open the cache and loot the Qrill and Ink. Use the Qrill and Ink on the Incomplete Map of Knorr to draw the Knorr Ramparts region onto the map.
6. Travel to Latara Locke's fifth cache at 72.5S, 27.0E, via Fort Strathelar and the Shield Wall Gate. Open the cache and loot the Qrill and Ink. Use the Qrill and Ink on the Incomplete Map of Knorr to draw the Knorr Desolation region onto the map and change it to the completed Map of Knorr.
7. Return to Latara Locke in Skyport and give her the Map of Knorr to complete the quest.
