Speak to Shi Jepauri in Zu to begin the quest. You must kill 10 Rea-Bal, which can be found on the Tou-Tou Peninsula southwest of Zu.
Each kill will advance your quest. After the last kill, return to Shi Jepauri in Zu for your reward.
